Barco India Certified by Great Place to Work(R) Institute, Second Year in a Row
Barco India, a global pioneer in visualization technology, has been recognized as the ‘Great Place to Work’ for the second year in a row by the Great Place to Work® Institute, a global authority to acknowledge high-trust and high-performance workplace culture. The Institute has recognized Barco’s dedication to promoting the climate and culture of camaraderie, justice, loyalty, pride and reputation among its employees.
Barco India has earned a high trust index score that represents the company’s emphasis on people as a key area of strength. Considered the gold standard for the concept of broad workplaces, the certification follows a rigorous and unbiased review undertaken by the Institute, a global authority for the development, maintenance, and acknowledgment of high-quality, high-performance workplace culture. The assessment is focused on the analysis of the human resources procedures and policies of the organisation, as well as direct input from workers on the organizational culture. After a comprehensive evaluation, businesses that cultivate an attractive, trustworthy and rewarding culture are eligible.
