With the goal of helping students in their academic pursuits in the sense of the Coronavirus pandemic, BasicFirst Learning OPC Pvt. Ltd. has come up with a new version of the BasicFirst Doubt Clearing App for students where the average answer time for all queries is only 32 minutes via in-app chats. Teachers are available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., meaning that students have express questions if a question occurs.

The Doubt Clearing App is India’s first forum to solve doubts via live sessions with experienced teachers via in-app chat. BasicFirst caters to students from classes 6 to 12 of all Boards (including CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE and other State Boards such as Maharashtra, Karnataka, Jharkhand and Bihar) and big competitive exams – IIT Main, JEE Advance, NEET, AIIMS, NTSE, Olympiads and more.

The BasicFirst Doubt Clearing App provides customized products to address individual needs for a cost-effective monthly subscription. BasicFirst also provides a 14-day free trial on all products, during which students can have their doubts resolved for as low as 0.75 Rupees to 3 Rupees depending on the complexity of the problem.

On the release of the app, Randhir Kumar, Founder, CEO & Chief Mentor – BasicFirst Learning OPC Pvt. Ltd. said, “As a result of Coronavirus, all the educational institutions have been shut down and the examinations have been postponed without a date in sight, the school system is in a limbo, where are the students leaving? It is our responsibility to provide students with an engaging forum to help them achieve their academic goals effectively by significantly reducing the time required to overcome doubts. We’ve always put the students first. We, therefore, want to ensure a completely stress-free learning cycle.”

BasicFirst has also implemented a “Refer & Earn” program where students can gain referral points by encouraging their friends to try the BasicFirst App. These points can be exchanged for a number of choices. In addition, it is possible for students to contribute these won points to worthy causes via the App itself. BasicFirst must donate the respective amount to non-governmental organizations that can be accessed from the donation activities in the document.
