Millie Bobby Brown Opens Up About Dealing With Anxiety And More Things To Know
Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown is becoming candid about her private life and psychological health. The 16-year-old celebrity recently chatted with Glamour UK and talked about Enola Holmes, her nervousness, and much more. When asked about dealing with anxiety, she said: “I keep most things confidential in my entire life.
When I am having a bad day or I am feeling very anxious, a few things like when folks say,’Oh, you seemed bad at this award show as you looked like this or you looked like this,’ those things make me a little bit more apprehensive and that frees me a little bit more,” she revealed. She also discussed being her own most important ally.
“I believe Enola Holmes also taught me that being with yourself, being your own greatest critic, being your biggest aid staff is so important, too. I rely on myself to give myself self-love because that is just literally the only way I could. I did great in that,’ and I need to give myself love because that is essential. Everybody has to empower themselves.”In case you missed it, Millie’s new movie Enola Holmes dropped its trailer earlier this week. Aside from Brown, the movie also features Henry Cavill who dons the shoes of the famous detective Sherlock Holmes. In a previously released teaser, it was revealed that Enola was Sherlock’s little sister. The new trailer, however, revealed the case she’s out to resolve: The mystery of her missing mother. The trailer unfolds by revealing Enola’s bond with her mother, played by Helena Bonham Carter. However, fans quickly understand she goes missing Enola’s 16th birthday.
